Meet Alaina Starling

Hello, and welcome to Starling Document Services.

My name is Alaina Starling, and I am the founder and owner of Starling Document Services, a North Carolina mobile notary and document services company dedicated to providing reliable, professional, and convenient service to individuals, families, businesses, healthcare facilities, and legal professionals.

Before launching my business, I spent more than 15 years working in healthcare, where I had the privilege of helping patients and families navigate important life decisions and complex situations. That experience taught me the value of compassion, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail, qualities that continue to guide my work today.

In addition to my healthcare background, I have experience in business-to-business sales, customer service, field operations, auditing, and client relationship management. These experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and provide exceptional service.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and am committed to continued professional development. As a commissioned North Carolina Notary Public, I understand that many of the documents I handle represent important milestones and decisions in my clients' lives. Whether assisting with estate planning documents, healthcare directives, real estate transactions, business paperwork, or general notarizations, I strive to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

As a mobile service provider, I travel directly to clients, offering flexibility and convenience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
